With the PostNexus print driver, you can print from any application on your PC to delivery your print to us. The document is transmitted over the Internet to the PostNexus data center, where it is processed and routed for proofing or automatically printed, then depending on the options you select, the document is finished and made ready for delivery, usually within 24 to 48 hours. This is especially convenient if you are traveling and need to print and deliver from your hotel room or your marketing department is working late to get your latest campaign out the door. Types of Documents - Through our software you can send brochures, flyers, mailers, postcards, letters, presentations, training materials, manuals, and invoices. Quantities - You can send a single item or perform a large complex mail-out of your printed materials. Since the goal of most materials is meant for distribution, let us mail or delivery the materials directly to your customer/prospect base. We combine similar jobs (for example 5x7 postcards) into one large job thereby allowing us to grant volume pricing to everyone regardless of an individual's quantity. Options - Advanced options allow you to specify how you want your piece finished. You can specify folding, duplexing, collating or full bleed output. If you're mailing your piece, you may want to deliver flat vs. standard tri-fold. Delivery - Standard delivery of your printed material is via the US Post Office using First Class; however, other options exist. We offer the ability to send using Standard class to save on postage or the ability to pick up your materials if you're near one of our facilities. Billing - Our billing engine works like a toll-tag. Charge up your tag and print as little or as much as you like. Based on options selected, automatically replenish your account or be alerted if the balance becomes low. Open the document you want printed, follow the normal process for printing, but select PostNexus as the printer, fill out the options and send your document(s) along. Submitting postcards?
